According to my cleaned dataset of NLRB dockets, these are the top ten union-side and employer-side law firms ranked by their number of appearances in NLRB cases since 2010.
On the union side, Weinberg has more than three times as many cases as the second-place firm. On the employer side, there is a noticeable Big Three of Littler Mendelson, Jackson Lewis, and Ogletree Deakins.
