When I started NLRB Research a couple of years ago, the goal was to make it easy to research NLRB law using recent advancements in AI technology. Initial efforts at this failed because the AI models were not good enough. But this is no longer the case. Accordingly, I have recently created an NLRB AI Research Assistant that you can use to research any area of NLRB law.

As illustrated in the video below, using the NLRB Research AI Assistant is incredibly easy. Once installed into the Claude.ai chatbot, all a user has to do is type “nlrb-research” followed by their question. This will trigger the AI assistant, which will proceed to repeatedly search the NLRB Research database, analyze the search results, and write a comprehensive memo answering the question. The comprehensive memo is provided as an HTML file, meaning you can open it in any web browser, save it to your computer for future reference, and easily send it to others.
Using the NLRB Research AI assistant requires zero technical knowledge or ability. Anyone who can type questions into the Claude chatbot can use the assistant effectively. Using the assistant also does not require any software to be installed on your computer. Everything happens in the Claude chatbot. Using the assistant also does not require any logins or passwords because authentication is managed via an API key that is contained in the .skill file that users will be emailed.
For various reasons, I am not going to extend free trials to every person who fills out the form. Applications from larger organizations — like unions and law firms — that could plausibly have many users will get greater priority. But I will certainly include many individual applicants as well.
For now, the plan is to have the free trial end after a month. At that point, to keep using it, you or your firm or union or organization will need to become a paying subscriber. I have not yet determined pricing for ongoing subscriptions, but the current idea is to sell group subscriptions that cover entire organizations (like unions and law firms) that vary based on group size and then potentially individual subscriptions at a flat rate.
If you are at all interested in this, please request the free trial access. If you are skeptical about this sort of thing because you have heard it is hopelessly error prone or whatever else, please request the free trial access. I bet you will change your mind if you use it.
