I'm just curious. I thought NDAs didn't protect from something illegal. For instance... Legal: "you can't talk about this news story because we want to be the ones to break it first." Illegal: "you can't talk about the me assaulting you because it would affect my business." Isn't that how it is and who is writing up his NDAs?
